Vassily Sinaisky�makes his debut conducting the Orchestra of the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia in Rome this March, replacing an indisposed Yuri Termikanov. The four concerts will take place on 9, 10, 11 and 12 March.
The programme includes Prokofiev�s Symphony No.1 ‘Classical’, Tchaikovsky Piano Concerto No.1 with soloist Denis Matsuev and a suite from Prokofiev�sCinderella.
These concerts follow Sinaisky�s highly successful visit to the Orchestre National de France, conducting two programmes including Sibelius Symphony No.1 and Dvo?�k Symphony No.8 in Paris and on tour to Athens.
