BBC Philharmonic OrchestraPrincipal guest conductor 1996 – 2012
The BBC Philharmonic is a national British broadcasting symphony orchestra and is one of five radio orchestras maintained by the British Broadcasting Corporation and is a department of the BBC North Group division based at MediaCityUK, England, the orchestra’s primary concert venue is the Bridgewater Hall, Manchester. Sinaisky has made several recordings with the BBC Philharmonic for Chandos, including works by Karol Szymanowski, Rodion Shchedrin, Mily Balakirev, Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov, and Franz Schreker, as well as a series of recordings of Dmitri Shostakovich’s film music. Sinaisky now has the title of conductor emeritus with the BBC Philharmonic.
The Malm Symphony OrchestraChief conductor 2007 – 2011
The Malm Symphony Orchestra is a Swedish orchestra, based in Malm. Since 1985, the orchestra has given its main concert series in the Konserthuset, Malm. The orchestra has a current complement of 94 musicians. It performed both symphony concerts and as the opera orchestra in Malm until 1991, when the orchestra became exclusively devoted to symphony orchestra concerts.
With the Malm orchestra, he has conducted commercial recordings for the Naxos label, including music of Franz Schmidt

The Moscow Philharmonic Orchestra is an orchestra based in Moscow, Russia. It was founded in 1951 by Samuil Samosud, as the Moscow Youth Orchestra for young and inexperienced musicians, acquiring its current name in 1953.

Latvian National Symphony OrchestraChief conductor 1976 – 1989
The Latvian National Symphony Orchestra (LNSO) is one of the cornerstones of Latvian culture � the animator of achievements in musical creativity, keeper and polisher of classical treasures and a source of thoughtful relaxation. Sonorous, balanced and multicoloured � that is the LNSO today. Its composition has been noticeably renewed with many new musicians; the intensity of playing together, musical activity and joy has increased The invitation of Vassily Sinaisky (1975�1987) brought new breath, musical gravitas and greatness. This charismatic and well-educated musician (alongside conducting, he had also studied the piano and musicology) integrated smoothly into the orchestra�s best traditions often creating real music festivals for everyone (including expansive vocal-symphonic compositions as well as the great works of Johannes Brahms and Gustav Mahler). In addition, Sinaisky was responsible for introducing many, many Latvian works to the concert scene, primarily the monumental symphonies of J?nis Ivanovs. On the best occasions he really did �set fire� to the orchestra and audience.
